You've been studying the nervous system
now its time to feel it shift underneath your fingertips inside living tissues

Anatomical meets Energetic
Precision
An advanced training for somatic therapists, nervous system coaches and body-workers who are ready to move beyond nervous system theory
— and into contact with the tissue itself.

This is for facilitators made
to do more than widen a window...
for the ones who want to know how to perform surgery on the level of the soul

...because many patterns don't move through
language alone, they don't respond just to
somatic tracking or nervous system awareness,

They require real contact because
they live deeper — stored in the organs,
held in the fascia and encoded in hidden interrupted systemic movements.

Why do we work on the
physical Organs?
Using visceral bodywork techniques on actual organs like the liver or the intestine is essentially an advanced way of working with the nervous system.

The organ system like the enteric nervous system of the gut processes some of the deepest parts of our trauma.
Whenever you feel a pit in your stomach or a difficult period you experience first hand how your organ system can dysregulate.

This is because the mind doesn't just function autonomously in processing experiences, the subconscious mind through the vagus nerve uses the organs to process deeper layers of what couldn't be processed.

Where the muscles respond more to the current life stressors, organs tend to have a deeper epigenetic link correlating more with unresolved systemic processes of the family field and ancestry.

This is not a massage,
It's surgery designed for
the chronic body

This Training is NOT many interesting approaches thrown together, it is one seemlessly
refined SYNERGY from start to finish..

NEO-ORGAN
BODYWORK
TRAINING CONTENT
The Psychological Architecture of the Inner Organs
You learn the exact emotional signature of every organ, the stress and trauma each one carries, and the way they speak to one another inside the template.
This is the living psychology of the body, far past the Chinese medicine of liver equals anger, into nieche territory you can only learn here.
Visceral Organ Bodywork
With your hands you learn to speak to an organ & corregulate with it.
Exactly where to hold, press, and release to find each inner organ, and exactly when in the emotional process each contact belongs.

Target the Biofield & Organ Field
You expand your reach past the physical tissue and into the precise layer of the organ field where the charge is held. You stop working only with the body you can touch and begin working with the field around it, where so much of the blockage truly lives.
Neo 2.0 Release Techniques
You gain a direct line to the subconscious mind and the nervous system, reaching the emotion, the systemic entanglement, and the trauma bound to each organ. The release lands at the root, in the exact place the pattern has been hiding all along.
Neo Sensing System
You awaken real sensing, the ability to read the state of an organ directly and to know, in the moment, exactly what your client needs. This is Medical Intuition, and paired with the Bio-Tensor it sharpens your accuracy to a surgical edge.

Re-Patterning Chronic Symptoms
You take everything you have learned, the map, the hands, the field, the release, and bring it to the symptoms that have repeated for years. You find the organ holding the pattern in place, reach the charge still living in its field, and re-pattern it at the root. This is where the chronic things, the ones that resisted every other method, often finally begin to move.

NEO-ORGAN
BODYWORK
TRAINING
This training opens a new depth in somatic work.
You learn to re-pattern symptoms by working with the psychological architecture of the inner organs, reaching inside and past the tissues into the full field intelligence each organ carries.

This Training is taught by:
A couple who found love in the same mission

David, founder of Neo Emotional Release®, is an internationally recognized somatic leader whose path has moved from musculoskeletal bodywork into trauma facilitation, biofield work, and the deeper organ layers of the body. Raised in a naturopathic family, with a father who has practiced Chinese Medicine for over 50 years and a mother trained in craniosacral therapy, David learned early that science, spirituality, and bodywork were different ways of listening to the same living system. After 12 years of hands-on work with his own patients, he began to recognize a deeper language moving through the body. A biological intelligence speaking through organs, tissues, fascia, the nervous system, and the unfinished movements of life.
This discovery became the foundation of Neo Emotional Release®, a system that helps people listen to symptoms as communication, tissue as memory, and healing as the body’s return to a freer, more authentic expression of life.
his work has drawn doctors, somatic therapists, osteopaths, naturopaths, breathworkers, bodyworkers, and practitioners worldwide, people of real skill who sense there is somewhere further nervous system work can go.

Antonia is a Neo Emotional Release® Practitioner whose medicine was born from the organs in her own body where pain had been speaking for years.
Growing up inside a family with a heavily suppressed feminine expression,
she learned early that belonging often meant giving up parts of herself, her rhythm, her truth, her feminine potential. As a teenager, she was constantly wrestling to be accepted, especially in the dynamic with her mother and sister, where being fully herself often felt unsafe. Through her own womb pain and endometriosis, Antonia came to understand pain as an intelligent message. In giving space to the grief, rage, ecstasy, and life force stored in her womb, she found a path where the suppressed feminine could begin to move again. Today, she guides women back into the wisdom of the womb, where pain becomes communication, grief and joy can live together, and the body remembers its own aliveness.

INFO
We curate every cohort with intention. We bring together an intimate circle of practitioners from different traditions like osteopathy, Chinese medicine, somatic therapy, midwifery, herbal medicine, bodywork so the learning is enriched by the depth each person carries. What earns an invitation is not a single credential. It is depth. So tell us how your path, whatever shape it has taken, has prepared you for this particular work. We also ask for a short one minute video, so we can feel who you are and not only read it.
Training Begins
6th – 15. October

This training is not for everyone
It is a deep commitment to your own nervous system, your presence, and your ability to hold others in their rawest truths.

You are a fit for this work if:
You are already working in the field of somatics, therapy, nervous-system regulation, or bodywork, and you feel called to expand into surgical, organ level psychological shifts.

You sense the limits of 1:1 work and are open minded to unlock new abilities, to navigate the body on a deeper level

You are a courages human being that is ready to not just learn techniques, but to become the vessel through which transformation moves.

This training is not for you if:

You are not interested to move beyond purely rational, textbook-based approaches and step into radical, human-centered ways of learning that re-root us in the wisdom of nature.

You fundamentally distrust the existence of a human field and the innate intelligences of the body.

You are unwilling to face your own body, emotions, or blind spots as part of becoming a facilitator.
If you feel a pull in your body reading this, it’s likely this work is meant for you.
Take a moment to settle into your body before applying. Ideally, what you feel is a gentle openness to explore, not urgency or tension to commit.

Our relationship with being allowed to exist, to take life in, and to belong here without force.
The lungs are the one organ system that constantly moves between inner and outer,
between self and world, between what is mine and what is larger than me.
The lungs take in physically the Earth’s Atmosphere but
emotionally its sensitive to the Family Field and its unprocessed currents
(“heavy air” in the household)

This training focuses entirely on the organs and their essential role in trauma processing & chronic disease. Our trainees will be able to read, sense, and directly contact each individual organ both on the physical body, the emotional body and the epigenetic template level.

Our trainees will receive the most complete and extensive maps of the psychosomatics of the inner organs that currently exists as it builds on osteopathic,
family Systemic and chinese medicine.
F.A.Q.
Why Northern Thailand?
What few travellers realise is that Northern Thailand is the richest living epicentre of bodywork on the planet.
More than thirty distinct lineages have arisen here or taken root in this one corner of the world.
Thai Traditional Medicine and the Lanna massage of the north, the Taoist internal arts and Chi Nei Tsang, Tok Sen and Jap Sen, Yam Khang fire therapy, the herbal compress traditions, Thai midwifery and the old practice of womb lifting. Even Mantak Chia made his home and his school here. With NEO, the lineage becomes one more thread in an extraordinary weave.
This is no accident. The medicine here lives in the field itself, in something older than any single tradition. Part of that comes from a rare history. Thailand was never colonised, and so the field was never broken. The culture kept its own rhythm, and tourism, rather than overwhelming the place, has settled into a gentle balance with it. It shows in the incredible safety. Healthcare is excellent. Life moves with an ease that is increasingly hard to find anywhere else. The result is a land that holds an intrinsic peace, an integrated field that does much of the work before the work even begins. You feel it the moment you arrive. And for ten days of going deep into the body, there are few places on earth more quietly held than this.

Do I need prior experience to join this training?
Yes. This is not a beginner's path. Organ Bodywork is built for practitioners already working in somatics, nervous system regulation, therapy, or energy work, who feel ready to move beyond the surface and into the tissues and organs themselves.
Admission is not defined by credentials alone. It is defined by depth, by the quality of your presence, and by your readiness to work in this far more intimate territory. What matters is that you already know your way around the body and now feel called to go deeper than you have gone before.
Why is this training by invitation only?
Because the work asks for it. This is a carefully kept body of work, imparted only to the right practitioners, and the room is intentionally small. We hold only 16 seats in our centre in Northern Thailand.
A small circle lets us teach in a way that is impossible at scale. It lets us feel each person, work hands on, and curate a cohort whose collective depth becomes part of the teaching itself. The invitation is how we protect that quality, for you and for everyone in the room.
What will I learn in this training?
You will learn to work directly with the organs, the tissues, and the deeper emotional body that the nervous system alone cannot reach. This is the architecture beneath the architecture, the place where the body holds what it has not yet spoken.
We pour decades of experience into teaching you how to sense into the viscera, how to follow the body's own intelligence, and how to guide release at the root rather than the symptom. By the end you will carry tools that change how you meet every body you ever work with again.
What is the structure of the training?
The training is an in-person immersion at our Training and Research Center in Northern Thailand, held over 10 days. We gather as a curated circle of sixteen and work together, in person, every day, hands on.
Each day follows a natural rhythm. We open with morning meditation and a light breakfast, move into morning practice, then theory, then the hands-on work itself, and close in an integration circle where the day is allowed to settle. The pace is slow on purpose, so the body has time to absorb what the mind is learning.
The ten days move in two waves. The first four are where we build the foundational skills, layer by layer. Then come two days of rest, integration, and repetition, a pause that lets everything land before we go deeper. The final four days are where it all comes together, where the separate skills begin to move as one fluid whole in your hands. By the end, the work lives in your hands, ready to practice the moment you return home.
Where does the training take place, and what about travel and accommodation?
The training is held at our centre in Northern Thailand. We offer accommodation both on site and close by, depending on availability.
Each day we serve three light, nourishing meals.
Once your place is confirmed, we send full travel and arrival guidance to every practitioner, so you can plan with ease.
What is the application and selection process?
It unfolds in three steps. First you apply, telling us about your path and sending a short one minute video so we can feel who you are. Then we review every application personally, and where there is alignment we invite you to a conversation. After that meeting, the right practitioners receive their invitation to enrol. There is no single credential we look for except for experience with the nervous system and depth. So tell us how your path, whatever shape it has taken, has prepared you for this particular work.
Is there any preparation before the retreat?
Yes. Before we gather in Thailand, you move through a short practice period at home, beginning to ready your hands and your sensing for the work ahead. By the time you arrive, your body is already warmed and open, so our days together can go straight to the depth rather than starting from the ground.

Will the sessions be recorded?
The teaching is live, and we don't record the sessions, because so much of this work lives in presence and cannot be held on a screen. In certain moments you will be permitted to record for yourself, if it helps you remember something in your own hands later.
Will I have direct access to the trainers?
Yes, and this is one of the gifts of keeping the room small. You will work closely and directly with David Manning and Antonia Schmuck throughout the immersion, with continuous hands-on guidance, feedback, and the chance to ask everything you need as it arises in the work.
What is the time commitment?
Deep work, gently held. The training asks for your time in three movements, and only one of them takes you out of your daily life.
In the weeks before Thailand, you move through a short practice period at home, readying your hands and your sensing. This is light, a small daily practice rather than a heavy load, so you arrive already warmed for the work.
The immersion itself is ten days, and this is where your full presence is asked for. The training is slow, handcrafted, and intuitive in its rhythm, and at the same time these ten days occupy the spirit, so the deepest gift you can give yourself is to clear your life around them and arrive ready to be entirely here. Even so, the container is a relaxed one, with room to move at your own pace and rest when you need it. The days are full and the evenings are yours.
After you return home, your certification study unfolds gently across the months that follow. It asks for around nine client sessions, spaced over several weeks so the work has room to breathe, with the writing and analysis in between. In practice this is a light and steady commitment, a few hours in most weeks, completed within three to six months.
So the shape is simple. A gentle warming before, ten days of full immersion, and an unhurried season of real practice after. Only the ten days ask you to step out of your life. Everything else folds quietly around it.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Upon successful completion of the training and the examination process, you will receive your official certificate in Organ Bodywork.
To graduate, you complete three things: full participation in the immersion, demonstrated competence in the core techniques, and your Certification Study, a piece of real client work carried out in the months after the retreat.
The study focuses on a single Organ-Symptom Cluster, one organ territory, followed across three different people, with three sessions each. For every person you record an organ scan before and after the work, document the hands-on sessions, and write a full psychosomatic analysis of the root, where the systemic, the energetic, and the organ findings meet. You then compare all three, showing how the same cluster revealed a different root in each body. Together they become a small study of one organ, and a real contribution to our ongoing research.
The work itself is around nine sessions in total, three people seen three times, spaced over several weeks so the re-patterning has room to show. With the writing and analysis, most practitioners complete the whole study within three to six months of returning home. You have up to [six months] to submit it.
This ensures your certification reflects both embodied learning and demonstrated practice.
